How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Nemonic account directly from within the app. Follow these steps:
- Open the Nemonic app on your device
- Tap on Profile in the bottom navigation bar
- Scroll down to the ACCOUNT section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information: Email address, username, and profile details
- Learning progress: All study sessions and learning history
- Spaced repetition data: Flashcards, review schedules, and performance metrics
- Course progress: Audio playback history and course completion status
- Documents: Any content you have uploaded or created
- Streaks and achievements: Your streak history and accomplishments
- Usage data: Analytics and usage history
- Settings: Notification preferences and app settings
Data Retention Policy
- Immediate deletion: Your data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. There is no waiting period or grace period.
- No recovery: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
- Public content: General course content that is not user-specific will remain available to other users.
